Fermented and aged exclusively in stainless steel, this wine preserves the bright fruit, aromatic purity, and lively character that define Verbena's meticulous winemaking philosophy.

In the glass, Aloysia displays a brilliant ruby red colour with youthful vibrancy. The nose is expressive and inviting, offering aromas of fresh cherries, wild strawberries, violets, and subtle floral notes, complemented by hints of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is fresh, silky, and beautifully balanced, with vibrant acidity supporting flavours of ripe red berries, cranberry, and delicate earthy nuances.
