Shipping Policy

At Liquid Portfolio, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and securely. Below, you’ll find information about our shipping process, estimated delivery times, and associated costs.

If a product is out of stock, we will notify you immediately with an updated timeline of when you can expect it to be restocked. Items are usually restocked within 10-15 business days.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days.
  • Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

In the event of a high order volume or unexpected delays, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 days | Cost: $25

Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping Destinations

We currently only ship to Ontario, Canada.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use the tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Liquid Portfolio is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@liquidportfolio.ca. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
