A bold and contemporary amaro rooted in Sicilian terroir, Olivea by Secolo 21 reimagines the traditional Italian digestivo through the lens of the Mediterranean olive tree. Made with organic green olives and an array of local botanicals, it delivers a vibrant, spicy take on the classic bitter liqueur.

Its deep amber hue comes from a natural infusion of ingredients including green olives, bitter orange peel, wild fennel, gentian root, myrtle, carob, and a proprietary blend of spices and herbs. The nose is intense and aromatic, marked by citrus, sun-dried herbs, and a touch of balsamic warmth.

On the palate, Olivea is assertive yet balanced—opening with bright orange peel and herbal bitterness before revealing layers of warming spice, dried Mediterranean herbs, and a subtle touch of carob sweetness. The finish is long, spicy, and dry, leaving a refreshing bitterness that lingers.
