From the steep, sun-drenched hills of Conegliano Valdobbiadene in Veneto, Bepin de Eto crafts a Prosecco Superiore that reflects the purity and elegance of its origin. The Glera grapes are cultivated on calcareous and clay-rich soils within the DOCG zone, where meticulous vineyard care and selective hand harvesting ensure optimal quality.

After soft pressing, the must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel to preserve aromatic integrity. The second fermentation follows the Martinotti (Charmat) method in autoclaves, where the wine rests on fine lees to develop depth and texture before bottling.
