From the sun-drenched vineyards of Italy, Mezzadro Pinot Grigio is crafted to highlight the freshness, purity and approachable character of this classic Italian varietal. The grapes are cultivated in carefully selected vineyard sites, where warm days encourage optimal ripening while cooler conditions help preserve the natural acidity and delicate aromatics of the fruit.

Following harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and the must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel to retain freshness and aromatic intensity. The wine is then refined in stainless steel before bottling, preserving its bright fruit character, crisp acidity and clean, refreshing style.
