Made from the fresh pomace of Nebbiolo grapes harvested in the Langhe hills, this clear grappa reflects the purity and aromatic finesse of the varietal. Distilled with precision in traditional copper stills, it is a clean, expressive spirit that captures the essence of Piedmont.

Bright and crystalline in appearance, the nose reveals lifted aromas of wild herbs, white pepper, and floral hints, with the subtle fruitiness of grape skins. On the palate, it is dry, elegant, and vibrant, offering a refined structure and a lingering, polished finish.
