Bright garnet in the glass, the nose opens with lifted aromas of violet, dried rose, red cherry, and blood orange layered alongside licorice, crushed stone, and subtle spice. The palate is structured yet refined, showing vibrant acidity, firm dusty tannins, and remarkable freshness throughout. Notes of sour cherry, orange peel, cedar, and savoury herbs carry into a long mineral-driven finish.
