Produced from organically farmed vineyards in the heart of the Chianti Classico zone near San Casciano Val di Pesa, the Báldero Chianti Classico DOCG from Carus Vini is a refined and vibrant expression of Sangiovese that focuses on freshness, drinkability, and classic Tuscan character. Vinified primarily in stainless steel to preserve purity and aromatic lift, the wine highlights the elegance and savoury tension that define traditional Chianti Classico styles.

Bright ruby red in colour, the nose opens with lifted aromas of wild cherry, raspberry, violet, iris, and dried herbs layered alongside hints of orange peel, earthy spice, and subtle balsamic tones. On the palate, the wine is fresh, energetic, and beautifully balanced, offering lively acidity, fine tannins, and a savoury mineral edge that keeps the wine focused and food-friendly. Notes of red currant, black cherry, floral tones, and gentle spice carry through a clean and harmonious finish with excellent finesse and drinkability.
