From the hills of Gioia del Colle in Puglia, Traccia is a bold and structured expression of Southern Italian winemaking. Crafted entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine captures the warmth of the region while maintaining freshness and poise. Grown in clay and limestone soils, the fruit is harvested at peak ripeness and vinified with care to retain purity and intensity.

In the glass, Traccia shows a deep ruby core with purple reflections. The nose opens with blackberry and cassis layered over wild herbs, cocoa, and a hint of graphite. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and focused, with polished tannins and a savory finish. Balanced by vibrant acidity, it offers notes of black plum, Mediterranean spices, and a touch of cedar, making it both powerful and elegant.

Ideal for pairing with grilled meats, aged cheeses, or enjoyed on its own as a statement red.
